In the 60′s people took acid to make the world weird.
Now the world is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal.

Our thoughts are not simply our own experiences
they are the universe observing itself
(“Tolle /Dos/Watts”)
It seems almost paradoxical,
yet when your dependency to mentally understanding
who you are
Is removed…
it is a tremendous liberation
The general conditions of your life,
…..those things we often see
as our life situations…
tend to improve greatly.
Things, people, or conditions
that you thought you needed
for your happiness
(Sue/Dos)
now come to you with no struggle
or effort on your part,
and you are free to enjoy and
appreciate the moment -
while it lasts……
All those things, of course, will still pass away,
cycles will come and go
as your life situation changes
but with dependency from our mind created temporal
‘belief in who we are’
gone
(Howard /Dos)
The dark fear of loss vanishes
In the light of your presence
Now
Life flows with ease.
What you are about to read is
where our culture is now in it’s understand
of the most basic aspects of fundamental consciousness
The perspective is from a well intentioned university professor
One of a class of “those” people with official credentials
to help us learn to think better
so that they can then easily
define for us
what to believe in
“Damn the Pharisees!
They are like a dog sleeping in the cattle manger:
the dog neither eats nor lets the cattle eat.”
Bad at math?
Worrying makes matters worse
Math anxiety — feelings of dread and fear and avoiding math — can sap the brain’s limited amount of working capacity, a resource needed to compute difficult math problems, said Mark Ashcraft, a psychologist at the University of Nevada Las Vegas who studies the problem.
Math anxiety — feelings of dread and fear…
Ok mark lets get real….
yes this is the case but why is it happening?
What is the reason? the why?….
without the why you are without choice
without power…
And as you whistle in the dark,
you miss the opportunity to point the way
to the choice of transforming this ‘mind’ problem….
with presence into a mear situations of the immediate moment.
Ok before i go off on a long rant you have already heard many times
read the rest…..
“It turns out that math anxiety occupies a person’s working memory,” said Ashcraft, who spoke on a panel at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in San Francisco.
working memory……is not a helpful way to point to the state of presence moment awareness!
Ashcraft said while easy math tasks such as addition require only a small fraction of a person’s working memory, harder computations require much more.
Worrying about math takes up a large chunk of a person’s working memory stores as well, spelling disaster for the anxious student who is taking a high-stakes test.
Stress about how one does on tests like college entrance exams can make even good math students choke. “All of a sudden they start looking for the short cuts,” said University of Chicago researcher Sian Beilock.
Although test preparation classes can help students overcome this anxiety, they are limited to students whose families can afford them.
Ultimately, she said, “It may not be wise to rely completely on scores to predict who will succeed.”
While the causes of math anxiety are unknown,
Ashcraft said people who manage to overcome math anxiety have completely normal math proficiency.
What ??? The causes are unknown
by whom…..
The cause If any person is feeling anxiety it means their attention and in fact their identity is not present here and now .. …as in this situation of “Worrying about math” the individual is feeling threatened by the negative outcome of the event … The now lost ..to a world filled with time bound problems …as the present becomes reduced to merely a means to an end… and we have all been down that road before you remember don’t you? ….. where that leads “While the causes of math anxiety are unknown” Waiting is never the answer and the answer will not come in time I will tell you now ….and no belief is required Anxiety is just one of hundreds of indicators of a systemic underlying condition that threatens not just our individual mental health or some math score on a test but the lives of our brothers and sisters our husbands and wives our sons and daughters and All the life on this planet The underlying problem in each individual ..that manifests disastrously collectively Is the lack of attention to presence moment existence .. Exchanged usually without even knowing it for a temporal model of belief… One of these is real The other is not The one that is the illusion is The cause of human suffering … everyone is born into Yet is not something you can see taste or feel because The walls of the prison of your mind are invisible I can’t show IT to you you can only find it for yourself but i will give you a sign post that I use … looking for a Symbol … to point to the invisible cage Cognitive Temporal Identity Syndrome This is best way I can find to say it for the present.

Even within the house
as the three Amigos chilled out
you could feel the energy in the air
The Winds were howling ….
and there was a strange light…..
almost grey yet a hint of pink
Linus had to check it out
he does not like the camera!
and the wind blew
Shanti …well she stayed indoors..
And so i sought to capture some of this energy and light

Cherokee Wisdom
An old Cherokee is speaking to his grandson about Life.
“A Fight is always going on inside me,”
He said to the boy.
One is Dark
He is Anger, Envy, Sorrow, Regret, Greed,
Arrogance, Self-pity, Guilt, Resentment, inferiority,
Lies, False Pride, Superiority,
~ EGO ~
The other is
Light
He is Love , Joy, Peace, Serenity,
Humility, Kindness, Benevolence, Empathy, Generosity,
and inside every other person, too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute
and then asked his grandfather,
“Which wolf will win?”
The old Cherokee replied simply,
“The one you Choose to feed. ”

As they were conversing in the back yard of the Hindus home
The Hindu was talking about the necessity of a background
for the perception of any figure…
The Hindu asked the Englishman:
Against what background do you see the flowers?
The Englishman said….”The background of the hedge”
Hindu- And against what background do you see the hedge?
Englishman – The background of the hills.
Hindu – And against what background do you see the hills?
Englishman – The background of the sky
Hindu – and against what background do you see the sky?
And the Englishman fell silent.
Hindu – It is the background of of your consciousness.
Englishman – and against what background
do we experience our consciousness?
~And the Hindu fell silent.

I was writing a quick note to a very conscious person who like me, buys many crystals from Canada rocks… and when describing my photographs I asked her to come and look at my Xanga… that Sometimes I get lucky and take a good picture” she asked me …after seeing the pictures …. “What did you mean by get lucky sometimes?” krike…!!!… Lucky is a funny word; traditional definitions of the mind often point to luck as something time bound …as that instance when an opportunity of the moment coincides with preparations made in the past… And that has its point yet luck goes farther down the rabbit whole that Remember …those instances when things simply seemed go your way.. When Luck occurred in waves like magic, perhaps during a sporting event … you were in the zone every shot … a winner… you said and did just exactly the ‘right’ thing.. and barriers and obstacles dissolved Wonder filled things unfolded and happened that exceeded the statistical probability inherent in the patterns of cause and effect… If you can regain touch with that feeling … you may notice… The one constant in all of that was You were in the moment These moments, when recognized reveal to us a deep pattern of synchronicity… That is a reflected feeling realization of be-ing in the flow of the momentary stream of Consciousness. So in retrospect What do I mean by: “Sometimes I get lucky” That is my ego… believing that at moments I can capture a bit o` consciousness in writing or in a picture But its not really about me What’s lucky….indeed Is to be simply present when it happens
