Neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor had an opportunity few brain scientists would wish for:
One morning, she realized she was having a massive stroke.
What happened next is why I want you to watch this video.
Her interpretation of what happened to her is largely a result of her training and back round
If a priest had the same experience however, they would have explained it in far different terms.
Her conclusion however is absolutely correct
We can purposely choose a wonderful inner peace that reconnects us to the truth.
That we are One with the life force power of the universe
We are One with God.

Wonderful video. Interesting too because it proves a theory of mine maybe not proves it but at least goes along with it. That what we believe happens here on earth and will continue to happen after death. Judi

i can’t see video at the moment. i’ll have to download a plug in or some such thing. i like the thought of being one with the universe and god though. instead of being one with all the pain and unfortunate stuff in the world.
her video was very touching… i don’t know if i could have done the same (laugh about it) she’s definitely got something going for her though. beautiful lady.

I don’t know too much about strokes, but that was a really interesting video.
I haven’t read much on spirituality other than just watching a few Alex Grey videos and stuff (which I noticed you have an Alex Grey picture in this post heh)
but it seems pretty interesting, you should try to get them to let you teach a class on it or make an after school club thing! ;D
